Calvary-run hospitals do not provide abortions, gender-affirming care, vasectomies or voluntary assisted dying under Catholic ethical codes, a policy that would apply at the 14 sites it is set to acquire.
Lenders approved breaking up Healthscope: 14 of 25 hospitals go to Calvary, six to Healthe Care, the rest to ACURIO and KnG. Completion is targeted by November 30, 2026.
